Rules

Shade some of the arrows so that each arrow in the grid points to exactly one shaded arrow.

History of the puzzle

Origin unknown. First instances of this puzzle so far found are from Alberto Fabris's (Italy) set of the 10th 24-Hour Puzzle Championship (2009). Probably invented by him.
